During the construction of the loading bellows project, reserved holes should be made according to the process layout plan, and eight foundation steel plates should be pre embedded for use when installing the bulk loader to loading bellows. Assemble according to the installation diagram of the bulk loader for loading bellows. Sealing materials must be added to the joints of each pipe, valve, and flange, and bolts must be tightened to prevent air from escaping.

Before testing, it is necessary to check whether the oil level of each rotating part is normal, whether the electrical circuit is correct, and whether each operating  part is flexible.

Adjust the air source control system for loading bellows on the bulk loader to achieve automatic control requirements for the level gauge. Adjust the extension length of the level gauge probe according to the requirements of the loading degree of the corrugated pipe on the bulk loader. Operate according to the "working principle" of loading bellows on a bulk loader.
